Today we Heard
The News
of
yesterday in
our
nosy
choir
of
solitude of writers has lost
one of the worlds Great Mirror holders
of our
terrible reflections
of our
empty reflections
of our
cowardly reflections
of our
generous reflections
of our
selfless reflections
of our
egotistic reflections
of our
courageous reflections
of our
audacious reflections
of our
superstitious reflections
For Today
we Heard
the news
of a continent of
readers,
while the cowards of dictators
are the deepest and most profound
of literary critics.
For they always put the writers
in
jail
For they love
the
silence
of
pretty-things.
For the dictators enjoys
the
lies
of
their
self-seduction
For they commit the
dance
of
murder
of
those
of
the
pen.
For today
we
heard
the news
As the once journalist of
Colombia
gives us the world through the
language of his Grand mother
of
recording
and the
sober tears
of
projection...
Today We
have heard
that the real radicals
never sip the tea of negation
they
gulp...
they never
dance...
the posture of denial of loquacious language of sterile escape of regal and at time insightful fantasy of the pained injustice of others within our choir not up for the task.
they through their word never celebrate history through the whimsical romance of self objectification of the harlot as master of the bedroom. For these members of our human choir has lost their humanity is seeking the validation of their pain by those who cause it.
For the
real radicals never sip the tea of negation
they
gulp...
For the Magic
of
the
real
of
the
Breathing
of moral
imaged resistance
takes the call
of poetic realism
of clarity.
For today we heard
the news
in the nosy
silence
of our
solitude
of
choir.
We all have lost,
one of the world great mirror holders.
